Step into the world of native botanicals with this relaxed, hands-on workshop hosted by Three Little Birds. Guided by First Nations chef Chris Jordan, born on Bundjalung land with connections to Kamilaroi Country, you’ll discover the rich cultural significance and sustainable uses of native ingredients. Engage your senses as you learn about botanicals such as lemon myrtle, riberry, ooray and native spices, and work together to craft alcohol-free native mocktails, blending ancient knowledge with modern techniques.
This unique experience encourages mindfulness, storytelling and connection, both to the land and the people around you. Slow down, engage your senses and enjoy the process of creating something meaningful and delicious.
Three Little Birds celebrates Australian culture and natural resources through food, and this Digital Detox event offers a chance to savour those flavours while leaving your devices behind. This workshop is an unforgettable sensory journey.
