iLAuNCH Trailblazer - Rocket Science 101: Launching Air Rockets

Blast Off! iLaunch Trailblazer Rocket Science 101 is an exciting, hands-on activity where kids learn the fundamentals of rocket science from our very own rocket scientist, Professor Matthew Richardson.

In an engaging session, Professor Richardson will introduce the basics of propulsion, aerodynamics, and how real rockets launch into space. After learning the science behind liftoff, participants will put their knowledge to the test by building and launching their own air rockets! This interactive experience encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and a love for STEM, all while having a blast—literally!

iLAuNCH Trailblazer – Rocket Science 101: Launching Air Rockets is part of World Science Festival Queensland’s free community day in Chinchilla.
