Starlab Education’s Cosmodome Science Theatre & Planetarium is an igloo-shaped dome used both as a full dome cinema and planetarium.

Inside, you will see projections of a selection of exciting full dome shows. Be immersed in customized sound and imagery. See rockets blasting off, visit the planets, see asteroids tumbling through space, watch the International Space Station pass overhead, see how technology has changed our lives, re-visit the moon, or journey into a black hole!

Presenters use lasers to guide the audience through a range of day and night sky demonstrations discovering planets, the moon, stars & constellations.

This activity is part of World Science Festival Queensland’s free community day in Gladstone.
