All WSFB venues are wheelchair accessible and space for wheelchairs will be set aside for all ticketed shows – bookings are essential for all accessible services. We strive to make all outdoor venues as physically accessible as possible.
Queensland Museum car park offers parking spaces for people with a disability on the lower level of the car park, with lifts available from the car park to the Level 2 main entrance. Accessible amenities are available throughout the precinct and after hours on the lower level of the museum.

Auslan interpreted performances are for audiences who are deaf and use Australian Sign Language. Experienced Auslan theatre interpreters stand to the side of the stage and interpret dialogue and any text into Auslan, signing live.
If you require this service, we require bookings prior to Friday 1 March 2024. Interpreters cannot be guaranteed after this date, although we will do our best to accommodate your request.
This service is available on request for all shows at QPAC’s Cremorne Theatre or Playhouse. To request this service for events at QPAC please book online using the promo code AUSLAN or contact QPAC Group Sales on (07) 3840 7466 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) or [email protected] for bookings.

Guide Dogs and Assistance Animals are welcome at all WSFB events and venues, although bookings are essential. If you are blind or have low vision and want to attend an event, Guide Dogs Queensland can provide you with free advice on traveling safely from any location to your event at the Festival. WSFB supports the Companion Card program. For patrons who require assistance of a companion or carer, a second ticket is issued at no cost to the Companion Card holder. Please contact QTIX on 136 246 to assist with your booking.
