World Science Festival Queensland’s education program for primary and secondary students is designed to engage students in stimulating and inspiring experiences that showcase careers in STEM, including discussions with scientists, hands-on activities and exciting science shows. Get ready, Gladstone! The free World Science Festival Queensland Community Day is returning to Gladstone Entertainment Convention Centre on Saturday 22 June. The Community Day is an interactive, family-friendly roadshow, offering a jam-packed program of explosive live demonstrations, hands-on activities and loads of cool science.
See awesome experiments with Street Science, build straw bridges and balloon-powered cars with Engineer’s Australia and immerse yourself in the magical and crucial world of corals with CoralWatch. Plus, Queensland Museum experts will share their fascinating knowledge and discoveries.
