Dr. Joel is a science nerd, energy expert, and passionate science communicator! He regularly features on television and stage, presenting on the science behind everything from the perfect steak to black holes. He also works with industry and government on the transition to a clean energy future. In his spare time, he teaches dancing, builds butter toast dropping platforms in his workshop, and travels the world – 57 countries and counting!
