Madison Pearson

Madison Pearson is a research student at Australian Catholic University’s (ACU) School of Behavioural and Health Sciences. She holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (Honours) and is soon to complete her PhD (submission by June 2025). Her doctoral research focuses on sleep, performance, recovery, and the menstrual cycle, including three research studies involving a range of female athletes. In addition to her academic work, Madison is a talent officer at the Queensland Academy of Sport, where she assesses potential athletes for the 2032 Olympics. She also coaches at a high-performance gym in Brisbane and has worked in various sporting and training environments with both male and female athletes, ranging from elite to high-school level athletes.
