Tom Bridge
Tom is Senior Curator of Corals at Queensland Museum Network (QMN), based at the Museum of Tropical Queensland campus in Townsville.
His research is broadly focused on the taxonomy, ecology evolution and conservation of reef-building corals. Tom’s current research involves applying integrated taxonomic approaches to understanding the diversity and biogeography of corals across the Indo-Pacific, as well as understanding the ecological consequences of extreme or marginal reefs on coral diversity and function.
Tom is a member of the Australian Coral Reef Society and the International Society for Reef Studies and he has been involved in numerous expert panels and working groups.
