Ursula Kennedy is wine scientist based at the University of Southern Queensland. She started her career with Fosters in Melbourne, and then moved into the wine industry. She has worked in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland in grape and wine production, tertiary education, research and extension and as a wine judge. She loves talking about wine, about wine and food matching, and she doesn’t have a particular ‘favourite’ – she loves to try new and interesting wines.
