Dr Will Goulding is an ecologist who has studied birds across three continents, working on conservation projects for government, non-government and academic institutions. He has broad ecological knowledge but is particularly interested in insular ecology and conservation. Will obtained his PhD studying island bird conservation and for the past decade has been conducting field research in the Louisiade Archipelago of Papua New Guinea. He is an Honorary Research Fellow in the Queensland Museum’s Biodiversity Program, where he contributes to the ornithology collection. When not conducting research or preparing bird study skins, Will works as an Information Officer in the museum’s Discovery Centre.
